MEET THE TEAM

We have our own operations team made up of the Executive Chef, Assistant Chef, Business Manager, Catering Director and Catering Manager and more than 30 professionals, including cooks and station chefs. Our service staff is young and dynamic, with an international profile and excellent training in the catering industry. Last of all, our steward team takes care of setting up the kitchen facilities, making sure that all of the equipment works with no margin for errors.

Chitarra Natt

Executive Chef/ Owner

Chef Chitarra better known in the industry as Chef Chee Chee was born and raised in Miami Florida. She watched her grandmother cook for every holiday and family function. She later graduated high school and attended College at Texas Southern University where she received her education in Criminal Justice. Once she had her kids she discovered her passion for cooking. Her Uncle David challenge her to go to culinary school to enhance what skills she already had. So she enrolled at The Art Institute of Houston and graduated with honors and then she expanded her knowledge at the International Culinary Center of New York. She gained an understanding of how important food is and how it connects us all despite of our different languages and cultures. She has been a line cook, Sou Chef and Executive Chef. She has cooked for numerous high profile clientele and now she is the Executive Chef and Owner of Divine Dymonds Catering Company.

Antonio Wilson

Assistant Chef

 

Antonio graduated from the Culinary Institute of Virginia in 2012. He was a shift leader/ manager for McDonald's and later became a Sous Chef for the Hilton Garden Inn in Austin Texas. Chef Antonio joined Divine Dymonds in 2016 and he has been an exceptional Chef.

Laura Natt

Business Manager/ Co-Owner

Laura began working in the hospitality industry after working for R4 INC. It wasn’t long before she discovered the exciting world of the event industry. She started out as a server and quickly rose through the ranks to Lead Captain with the company. She help Chef with all of her private Personal Chef gigs while attending DeVry University where she received her Bachelor Degree in Business Management. Now Laura is head of the Management Team and Co-Owner.

Renetta Winn

Catering Manager

I come from a big family who originated from the Bahamas, but grew up on the beautiful island in Key West, Florida. I am a mother of two beautiful girls. I’ve never been afraid of changes or challenges for any hard work I do. I guess you can thank my five brothers for that. I love spending time with family, I enjoy fishing, and I love cosmetology. After high school, I began to explore many different hobbies and management opportunities. I’ve always been a highly motivated, caring person, and I’m committed to providing high-quality service! I don’t believe in giving up but work harder!

KayShaunna Hare

Director of Catering

Born in Kansas City, Missouri to a family of hospitality professionals, chefs, and restaurateurs, KeyShaunna grew up in the kitchen. She then joined the art world as the Catering Manager at the Omni Hotel. Ms. Hare then brought her passion for precision and detail to Divine DymondsCatering Company. Where she has been a precious diamond to this amazing company.
